He worked as a trainee solicitor at Studio Legale Salerni in Rome, dealing with civil, administrative and criminal law matters;
from 1995 to 2002 he practised at Studio Legale Macchi di Cellere e Gangemi, Rome office, dealing with employment and labour matters
(co-heading the employment department since 2000) as well as with corporate and contractual matters.
In 1999 he practised as a visiting lawyer at Slaughter and May, in its London and Paris offices (corporate and corporate financing department);
from 2003 to 2008 he has been a Partner at Studio Legale Monaco e Associati.
